Principal Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and selling Property Owners, Property Managers, Architecture Firms, Law Firms, Engineering Firms, Solar Installers and Universities Nationwide.
• Manage sales & support inquiries for multiple clients in the Green Building Sector.
Requirements:
• Ability to quickly learn detailed information about Renewable Energy and USGBC Requirements.
• Strong Cold Calling and Prospecting skills
• Proficient with customers on the phone/e-mail and face-to-face
• Detail oriented team player with a passion for helping customers
• Great work ethic, can-do personality, competitive and driven with a creative approach to sales
• Strong Networking Persuasive closing skills
• Great oral, time-management, written, communication and organizational skills required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in business-to-business sales.
• Aggressive self-starter. As we are an early-stage company there will be minimal oversight.
• Building industry, green building, and energy management knowledge a plus.
